When you submit your artwork, please make sure you it is vector based -- .EPS or .AI artwork allows us to accurately produce your labels. If you do not have vector based design, the artwork needs to be in very high resolution.
Basic design services are available through Cruz Label.
Our design services start at $50/hour when you order your woven labels, rubber/pvc patches or hangtags with us.
If you only have a sketch or a low resolution artwork, our designers need to re-create the artwork in clear vector format. Depending on the complexity of the design, there is a 1-hour charge.
If you only need text placed on your label, our designers can create a label design for FREE! If the process of laying out text becomes lengthy, the design fee may apply.
Design service charges must be paid up front.
Helpful Design Tips:
Cruz Label sales reps use Adobe Illustrator to lay out label proofs and send files to our factories for re-production. Vector art will ensure the digitizer (who uses a special computer program to electronically digitize label art into the loom) has the cleanest, crispest image possible to accurately weave or print your labels.
We have a lot of fonts at Cruz Label, but there's always the chance we don't have the font you perfer in our system. Please have your graphic designer outline all fonts in Illustrator or Photoshop before submitting the files to us. This will turn your font into an object so we won't need the font to reproduce.
If you don't have a design ready and need our assistance, please provide us with the most information possible about the label you would like to produce. For instance, giving us a rough size, layout, colors, fonts, folds, etc, will help us quickly and efficiently serve you from the very start.
