Q: Can you make both hard and soft PVC and Silicone?
A: Yes. Depending on the usage of your PVC Label, we can make it more flexible and pliable, or harder and stiffer.

Q: What are some of the usages of PVC Labels, Rubber Labels and Silicone Labels?
A: There are many different usages of this great material. Many use them as outside clothing trim, footwear labels, key-chains, magnets, hang tags, bag labels, zipper pulls and much more.

Q: Can you put adhesive backing on the Rubber labels?
A: Yes. A stick adhesive film could be put on for an extra charge. This type of application might not be feasible for all products, so please ask a sales rep for assistance.

Q: Do you offer any PVC-Free patches?
A: Yes. Silicone Labels are an excellent alternative to PVC labels or Rubber labels. Silicone labels are more environmentally friendly than PVC labels because it’s non-toxic. Silicone labels can also capture small details of your artwork and can be produced on felt backings.

Q: Do you match colors?
A: Yes. The best way is to provide us with PantoneTM color codes to be matched for your PVC labels, Rubber labels or Silicone Labels.

Q: What is the turn around time?
A: PVC is a lengthy process. Sampling takes 7 to 9 business days and production takes 10 to 14 business days. If you want to shave off a couple business days, you can expedite production for $150. It’s best to order these PVC labels well in advance to make sure you meet your deadline.

Q: Should I invest in sampling my PVC Labels, Rubber Labels, or Silicone labels?

A: Yes. More than any other product Cruz Label develops, we recommend you sample your PVC labels, Rubber labels or Silicone labels before producing the whole run. Since custom molds are made and colors are ink injected, errors can be made easily. Also, it takes a long time to produce these types of labels, so it’s better to sample first then have them made blindly, and waiting another 3 weeks for corrected production.

Q: How can I submit my design? Does it need to be in 3D specs?
A: Preferably, we'd love to have your design in 3D specs ready to go. However, if you send us your logo in vector format (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF formats) and tell us the size and thickness you would like your PVC labels, rubber labels or silicone labels, we can easily lay it out in 3D specs to send to the factory.
