Popular Labels for Active Wear & Swim Wear
Even the softest labels can irritate the skin when your clients are active or when your product brushes against the neck or waistlines. Tagless or removable tags are popular for products like swimwear, activewear, and undergarments because they won’t dig into the skin or feel uncomfortable!
Heat Transfer
Heat transfer labels are tagless. In other words, the ink is transferred directly onto your fabric instead of having a physical tag sewn into your product. It’s a great option for customers who don’t want the bulk of a woven or printed label. Use them for your brand logo, wash instructions, care & content information, and more! Our heat transfers are very high quality and will withstand dozens of washes without fading or chipping away. The print is very versatile, and it is available in all shapes, sizes and colors!
TPU
TPU printed labels (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a thin, soft, rubber-like material. While frosted transparent background is popular, we can produce any background color. The material is very flexible, allowing the label to bend and lay comfortably against the skin. TPU is water resistant and durable; the labels can withstand regular washing & drying cycles – it will not warp unless direct or excessive heat is applied. Sewing TPU labels is easy because it’s a thin, flexible material. It can be sewn into almost any fabric.
Rippable Nylon
Looking for a non-permanent tag? Tear away labels are a great temporary option! Rippable nylon gives your customers the option to keep or remove the label. The thin, paper-like material tears away with ease and can be saved for washing and care instruction.
Our printed labels use flexographic ink which does not wash off or fade after only a few uses. Printing is available in any color – not just black! We can color match using Solid Coated Pantone or Solid Uncoated Pantone books for a reliable color reference. Our tags are fully custom, giving your brand full range of size, shape, and color. A general sample pack may be requested to see our materials and test the heat transfers on your fabric.
